Heard about this on the radio this morning. Apparently the large crowd amased in front of this building was for the America's Top Model audition. The car you see in the lower center of the screen begins to overheat (white smoke). Then apparently someone or a group of people said "bomb" or "its going to explode" and all hell broke loose.
